They collect their checks received, bills, hand written invoices/proposals and drop them off at my office. When they come back for another drop off/pick up all the work has been completed. Invoices/proposals are mailed out, checks have been deposited, bills have been paid and payroll checks are ready.

Some of my clients only need payroll services. They take care of their bookkeeping but don't want to deal with the payroll. Hours are faxed/emailed/phoned or texted in and their payroll checks are calculated and ready to hand out. Payroll tax payments and returns are all taken care of so you don't have to worry about paying penalties for being late.

Others want to take care of their own bookkeeping but are not sure how to set up QuickBooks. With my remote access I can help you set up QuickBooks and show you how to use it.
